Terms Of Service


Welcome to the Skewer Align Sizzle user agreement. This agreement governs your access to and use of the Skewer Align Sizzle mobile application and related services. By using Skewer Align Sizzle, you accept and agree to be bound by this user agreement, our Privacy Policy available at privileged.html, and all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein. If you do not agree to this user agreement, do not use Skewer Align Sizzle.

This user agreement applies to all users of Skewer Align Sizzle, regardless of whether you access Skewer Align Sizzle through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You understand and agree that we may modify this user agreement from time to time, and that your continued use of Skewer Align Sizzle after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Skewer Align Sizzle, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you are using Skewer Align Sizzle on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to this agreement. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operators of Skewer Align Sizzle. The terms "you" and "your" refer to the user or viewer of Skewer Align Sizzle.

In order to use Skewer Align Sizzle, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you may use Skewer Align Sizzle only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using Skewer Align Sizzle, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements to use Skewer Align Sizzle.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Skewer Align Sizzle solely for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control. This license does not allow you to use Skewer Align Sizzle on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make Skewer Align Sizzle available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in this agreement. Except for the limited license set forth above, we retain all right, title, and interest in and to Skewer Align Sizzle, including all intellectual property rights. Any rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by us.

3. User Accounts

In order to access certain features of Skewer Align Sizzle, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

You agree not to disclose your account credentials to any third party and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

4. User Conduct

You agree that you will use Skewer Align Sizzle only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this agreement. You agree not to use Skewer Align Sizzle:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law;
  • To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way;
  • To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with this agreement;
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate us, one of our employees, another user, or any other person or entity;
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Skewer Align Sizzle, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of Skewer Align Sizzle or expose them to liability.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against you if you violate this agreement, including terminating your access to Skewer Align Sizzle.

5. In-App Purchases

Some features of Skewer Align Sizzle may be available for purchase through in-app purchases. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees for such purchase. All payments are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their terms and conditions in addition to this agreement.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchases. We are not responsible for any unauthorized purchases made by any person other than you.

6. Third-Party Services

Skewer Align Sizzle may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by us. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access a third-party website or service from Skewer Align Sizzle, you do so at your own risk and you agree that this agreement and our Privacy Policy do not apply to your use of such third-party services.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of Skewer Align Sizzle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference and is available at privileged.html. By using Skewer Align Sizzle, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in Skewer Align Sizzle, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations is the property of us or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on any content from Skewer Align Sizzle without our prior written consent.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of Skewer Align Sizzle to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at mishamona58@gmail.com.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Skewer Align Sizzle at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach this agreement. Upon termination, your right to use Skewer Align Sizzle will immediately cease, and you must stop using Skewer Align Sizzle. Termination will not limit any of our other rights or remedies.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Skewer Align Sizzle IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT Skewer Align Sizzle WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF Skewer Align Sizzle, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUES, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, obligations, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Skewer Align Sizzle or your violation of this agreement.

13. Governing Law

This agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement or Skewer Align Sizzle will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of this agreement.

14. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time. We will provide notice of changes as required by applicable law. Your continued use of Skewer Align Sizzle after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new agreement. You should review this agreement periodically to stay informed of updates.
